Our June Diaper Day was another powerful reminder of what a caring community can accomplish.
Despite the Texas heat, high humidity, and periods of rain, families and volunteers came together to make the day a success. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who braved the weather to attend, as well as our dedicated volunteers who worked tirelessly to prepare and distribute essential supplies.
For this month's distribution, our team prepared:
300 Baby Kits
43 Adult Incontinence Kits
By the end of the event, we had supported 137 families across the Greater Houston area with much-needed essentials, including:
3,350 baby diapers
39,844 baby wipes
1,474 period products and PPE supplies
28 tins of infant formula
Meeting a Growing Need
Every month, we see firsthand that diaper need continues to affect families throughout our community. Diapers, wipes, infant formula, and hygiene products are basic necessities, yet many households are forced to make impossible choices between purchasing these essentials and paying for rent, groceries, or utilities.
While we work hard to maximize every donation we receive, the demand for assistance continues to exceed the resources available. We remain committed to serving as many families as possible each month, and every donation, volunteer hour, and community partnership helps us reach more parents, caregivers, seniors, and individuals in need.
Thank You to Our Community
We extend our heartfelt thanks to every family who attended with patience and understanding, and to the volunteers whose compassion and dedication made the event run smoothly despite the challenging weather conditions.
Community support is what makes our work possible. Whether you donate products, contribute financially, volunteer your time, or simply share our mission with others, you are helping ensure that essential hygiene products reach the people who need them most.
Join Us for Our Next Diaper Day
Our next diaper distribution is scheduled for Tuesday, July 28.
Registration is required, and tickets will become available on the Events page of our website at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, July 21.
If you would like to support future distributions, please consider making a donation, organizing a diaper drive, or volunteering with us. Together, we can continue providing dignity, health, and hope to families throughout the Greater Houston community.
Thank you for helping us make a difference—one family at a time.
